Terms of Use

What this site is
Field House is a coworking space in Morpeth, Northumberland. It has not opened yet.
This site is a pre-launch page: a short introduction to the space, a waitlist form, a privacy notice and these terms. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create and no booking to make.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you would rather not, please do not use it.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Rose Atelier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16953859, whose registered office is at 27 Cuthbert Way, Morpeth, NE61 2FQ, United Kingdom. Rose Atelier Ltd operates Field House and this site. Field House is not yet registered as a business in its own right.
Joining the waitlist
The form asks for your first name, your last name and your email address. You may also tell us, if you wish, what you are most interested in. Nothing else is collected. Our privacy notice explains what we do with your details and the rights you have over them.
Joining the waitlist is not a booking. It is not a reservation, not a contract, and not a guarantee of membership or of a place. It adds your name to a list, and nothing more. It does not hold a desk, a booth or a date for you, and it does not fix any rate or any terms.
Membership will be limited and places are intentionally capped. Founding members will be invited from the waitlist first. We cannot promise a place to everyone on the list, and we may close the list at any time.
If you join, we may email you about the waitlist and about the opening of Field House. You can ask to come off the list at any time and we will remove you. You do not need to give a reason. You can also email hello@fieldhousespaces.co.uk.
Nothing here is an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. Everything shown or described here is indicative. Prices, membership types, facilities and opening dates are not yet fixed and may change. Please do not make plans or commitments of your own on the strength of anything you read here.
The images on the site are computer-generated visualisations of the intended space. They are not photographs. Layout, finishes, furniture and fittings may all differ in the finished space.
Using the site
Please use the site sensibly. Do not:
- misuse it, or use it for any unlawful purpose;
- try to break, overload or interfere with it, or gain unauthorised access to the form or the systems behind it;
- submit someone else’s details, or details you know to be false;
- scrape the site, automate submissions, or try to defeat the bot check that protects the form.
If we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, we may remove a waitlist entry or block access to the site.
Our content
The words, images, design and branding on this site belong to us, or to the people who licensed them to us. The Field House name and the line Cowork. Connect. Create. are ours.
You are welcome to read the site and to share a link to it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse the content for anything else without asking us first.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care over this site, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that everything on it is complete or current. We may change it, suspend it or take it down at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and so far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on anything published here that later changes or does not go ahead. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change as Field House takes shape. The version on this page is the one that applies, and it applies from the moment it appears here. The date at the top shows when we last changed it.
Law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of England. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
